Microcoulometric titrator
product description:
The instrument adopts the principle of microcoulometry and is used for the determination of total sulfur or total chlorine content in products such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and natural gas. It has the advantages of high sensitivity and good repeatability.
Applicable standards:
Chlorine: SH/T1757、ASTM D5808
Sulfur: SH/T 0253、SH/T 0222、SH/T1147、GB/T11061、GB/T11141、SY/T7508、ASTM D3120、ASTM D3246
Main configuration:Microcoulometric titrator mainframe, stirrer, sampler, computer, etc
Technical parameters:
1. Sample status: gas, liquid, solid (with corresponding injector optional)
2. Gas source requirements: nitrogen purity of 99.95%, output pressure ≤ 0.2MPa
Oxygen purity 99.95%, output pressure ≤ 0.2MPa
3. Analysis time: 2 minutes
4. Support LIMS system connection
5. Power supply: AC 220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 0.5Hz; Power: 3000W
6. Measurement range: S: 0.1mg/L~10000mg/L~percentage content
Cl: 0.3mg/L~10000mg/L~percentage content
7. Repetitive error:
0.1mg/L ≤ sample (or standard) concentration < 1.0 mg/L, ≤ ±0.1 mg/L
1.0mg/L ≤ sample (or standard) concentration ≤ 10 mg/L, ≤ 10%
Sample (or standard) concentration>10 mg/L, ≤ 5%
Performance characteristics:
1. The quartz cracking tube adopts imported high-purity quartz material to improve the accuracy and repeatability of detection.
3. Adopting corrosion-resistant electrode caps to avoid the problem of large detection result errors caused by electrolyte corrosion of electrode caps and poor electrode contact.
4. When detecting the chlorine content, a one-way valve dehydration device is used to remove moisture from the sample gas and improve the accuracy of sample detection.
