Product Introduction：

The micrometer series products are cost-effective contact type length measurement sensors that can be used for automatic detection, alarm control, quality monitoring, and management of product dimensions in industries such as mechanical processing, injection molding, and sheet metal. This series of products has high measurement accuracy, long service life, waterproof and oil resistant properties, and can be used in harsh industrial environments.

1. High precision,

The line density is achieved at 0.05mm, the sensor material is glass, and the dimensional stability is good, so the micrometer can achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of 1um and a full range accuracy of 4um.

2. Long lifespan

The smoothness of the measuring rod of the crystal micrometer reaches a mirror surface, and the guiding structure adopts a patented design for precise coordination, so the movement is smooth and the accuracy remains unchanged after repeated movement of 10 million times.

When used on the production line, due to product testing often exceeding 5000 times a day and requiring millions of times a year, a lifespan of 10 million times can meet the high-intensity testing needs of mass production.

3. High protection level

The micrometer can achieve a protection level of IP67, can be soaked in water for use, is waterproof, oil resistant, and magnetic resistant, and the accuracy of temperature changes will not be affected, making it highly adaptable to the environment.

4. Multi micrometer collection

Provide a combination solution for multiple micrometer units, capable of collecting data from up to 64 units simultaneously. The data transmission format follows the standard MODBUS protocol, making it easy to connect to computers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

5. The corresponding speed is fast

The micrometer has a fast data refresh rate of 100 times per second, far exceeding the speed of the scale.

1. Display box

Directly read micrometer data and display it on an LED digital tube, with tolerance setting and calculation processing functions, and the results can be output to control external devices

2. Hub

The hub specifically collects micrometer data and has transmission functions, with two data output ports of RS232 and RS485. The communication protocol adopts MODBUS protocol, which is very convenient for connecting with computers and PLCs.

The hub has specifications of 4 and 8 channels, which can collect multiple micrometer data at once, making it convenient for users to measure multiple sizes.

3. Serial port to USB cable

When measuring data needs to be sent to a computer, as the computer currently does not have an RS232 communication port, we can use the adapter cable we provide, and the data can be entered through the computer's USB port

Product usage instructions

1. When only one size is detected, the data needs to be displayed directly without the need to connect to a computer or PLC for data processing

The combination of micrometer (CW-141A or CW-341A) and display box (5011-001) is used, and the display box can display the data of the micrometer, set the upper and lower tolerances, and display the tolerance results, intuitively judging the quality of the parts.

2. When detecting sizes below 8, the data needs to be sent to a computer or PLC for processing

Using a micrometer (CW-141 or CW-341), combined with a 4-channel or 8-channel hub, data is collected through the hub and transmitted to a computer or PLC via RS232 serial port.

When detecting more than 8 sizes

A main hub is needed to combine two or more diversity transformers to achieve multi data measurement (see figure below).
