The functions include user management, password protection, audit tracking, data document recording, as well as data output and printing. We also provide IQ/OQ certification services for Speedwave XPERT, which will ensure that the equipment meets regulatory requirements. The above two functions can ensure the traceability and documentation of speedwave XPERT operations and experiments, and fully comply with international pharmaceutical regulations, especially FDA, GLP/GMP, and GAMP content.

Speedwave XPERT patented optical sensing technology for temperature and pressure monitoring
It is necessary to detect the temperature and pressure inside each digestion tank during the digestion process, as these samples will not undergo completely consistent changes during digestion. The temperature of the sample is determined by multiple parameters such as the type and weight of the sample. To reduce the risk of irregular heating and actively avoid the risk of exothermic reactions, it is necessary to monitor the temperature and pressure inside the tank in real time. BBERGHOF's optical sensing technology not only supports temperature and pressure monitoring, but also can control microwave power output.
Advantages of Optical Sensing Technology
Real time monitoring of sample temperature, digestion tank temperature, and pressure rise will be conducted without delay.
The miniaturized cross contamination risk light sensor does not directly contact the sample, avoiding sample contamination.
Due to the use of optical sensing technology, the sample operation does not require additional connection of sensor cables and temperature sensors for the reference sample.

Speedwave ENTRY also has patented optical measurement technology, Speedwave DIRC, which allows for non-contact real-time measurement of sample temperature inside the digestion tank. Speedwave ENTRY measures the temperature of all samples in the digestion tank, not just the temperature of the reference tank samples.
