This mixer integrates functions such as stirring, dispersing, heating, cooling, pumping out, and defoaming (optional), making it an ideal equipment for manufacturers at home and abroad to configure detergents and mixed materials.

1. The all-round scraping and mixing adopts frequency converter speed regulation, which can produce high-quality products with different processes according to customer requirements.

2. Diversified high-speed homogenizers can quickly dissolve insoluble materials such as AES/AESA/LSA in liquid washing production by strongly mixing solid and liquid raw materials, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening production cycles.

The pot body is composed of three layers of stainless steel plates welded together, and the tank body and pipes are mirror polished, fully complying with GMP requirements.

According to the process requirements, the tank can heat and cool materials, and the heating methods mainly include steam and electric heating.
