Working principle of mobile bag dust collector

The dust containing gas is sucked into the box of the dust collector through the pipeline by the negative pressure of the fan, filtered through a cloth bag, and the dust is trapped on the inner surface of the cloth bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the cloth bag and is directly sucked in and discharged by the fan. As the filtration time increases, the dust on the inner surface of the bag continuously increases, and the resistance of the filter bag also increases, thereby affecting the dust removal effect of the dust collector. A self controlled dust cleaning mechanism is used for timed shaking or manual dust cleaning, which shakes off the dust adhered to the bag and falls into the ash hopper drawer.

Case of Mobile Bag Dust Collector

In August 2014, Huakang Zhongtian Company installed a single machine mobile bag filter for the dust collector of Quyang Granite Carving Factory in Baoding, Hebei. The dust removal efficiency was tested by the Environmental Protection Bureau, and the dust emission concentration was below the Chinese standard of 30mg/N.m3, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99.5.

In October 2015, Zhengding County Building Materials Company upgraded its equipment and replaced the previously inefficient and short-lived filter cartridge dust collector with this device. Currently, 10 units of this mobile single machine dust collector have been ordered continuously from our company, and the dust removal efficiency is still ideal, the operation is reliable, and it is very flexible to use.
