Working principle | Flow Chart of Mobile Pump Station | The vacuum drainage system is a system that uses a vacuum pump to assist in drainage. The vacuum drainage system is divided into two parts: one is the water supply pump and pipeline; Part of them are vacuum pumps, air-water separators, and auxiliary pipelines. The vacuum system can achieve vacuum suction and vacuum holding functions, solving the exhaust and drainage work program before the water pump starts, and realizing the convenient, timely, and fast start of the water supply pump. The vacuum pump and auxiliary pipeline consist of a vacuum pump, a gas water separator, a gas water separator makeup pipeline, a control cabinet, connecting pipelines, and instrument valves. Before starting the feed water pump, the gas in the inlet pipe, feed water pump, and outlet pipe is extracted through the pump exhaust port, first enters the vacuum pump, then enters the gas water separator under the action of the vacuum pump, and finally discharged into the atmosphere. After completing the water intake, the feed water pump can be started at any time.
