Product Introduction
Multi channel directional valve: It is a high-precision, wear-resistant, and long-lasting multi-channel directional valve. It is mainly composed of a motor, a photoelectric encoder, a base, and a valve head. The valve head is equipped with a stator, and the base is equipped with a moving plate, which is connected through a rotor. The valve cover and the moving plate rotate with the rotor. The valve seat is equipped with multiple interfaces, and each interface is connected to a groove set in the fixed plate. The upper port of each groove is located on the upper surface of the fixed plate and arranged in a circular manner. The valve cover is equipped with an interface connected to the groove in the moving plate. The lower port of the groove in the moving plate is located on the lower surface of the moving plate. By precisely driving the stepper motor with a high-precision encoder, the rotation of the moving plate can be selectively connected to one of the grooves in the fixed plate. Through this method, the directional valve can easily switch the flow path and achieve flow. The injection method is used for water quality testing of water samples. Widely used in fields such as environmental water quality monitoring instruments and medical devices.
