Working principle of filter cartridge dust collector

The dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the air inlet located at the upper part of the dust collector, and flows upward from bottom to top. Due to the effect of gravity and downward airflow, the dust particles are first directly lowered to the ash hopper, and the fine dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter cartridge. After being filtered and purified by the filter cartridge, the clean gas enters the clean room from the center of the filter cartridge and is then discharged through the lower air outlet. As the filtering process continues, the amount of dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge increases. At this time, the pulse controller controls the solenoid valve to open according to the set pulse cycle and pulse interval, spraying high-pressure gas into the inner cavity of the filter cartridge, shaking off the accumulated dust on the surface, falling into the ash hopper, and being discharged through the ash discharge port.
