1、 Product Features
1. Defect detection: This instrument is suitable for detecting cracks on the surface and inside of workpieces, as well as other defects such as pores and inclusions.
2. Steel grade testing for steel components. Suitable for mixing and steel grade identification of various grades of steel raw materials.
3. Hardness testing: The actual hardness value can be detected based on the standard sample.
4. Carbon testing. The actual carbon content can be detected based on the standard sample.
2、 Product features:

7、 Usage:
1. Crack (porosity, inclusion) detection:
Use qualified parts as standard samples. Collect data on cracked parts and compare it with qualified parts.
First, place a good and qualified workpiece into the testing probe, adjust the pointer of the instrument to the 0 position, and this is the standard sample made of a good workpiece; Next, place the remaining workpieces one by one into the detection probe. It can be seen that when the pointer points to the 0 position, it indicates that the workpiece is good and qualified. However, if the pointer does not point to 0 and floats very much after placing the workpiece into the probe, then the workpiece is considered unqualified.
2. Steel grade detection: Consistent with the detection method for cracks (pores, inclusions).
3. Hardness testing: First, use a workpiece with a known hardness value as a standard sample for testing. Adjust the instrument's display value to this hardness value, and then you can test other workpieces one by one, and the corresponding hardness values can be displayed.
4. Carbon testing: Consistent with hardness testing method.
This instrument belongs to the intelligent type and has functions such as data storage, analysis, and error prompts. The requirements for the operator are not high, even for first-time operators of this instrument, as long as they follow the operating instructions to operate the instrument, they can obtain the correct test results.
