China's iron ore resources are scarce, and most of them are poor ore. In order to obtain high-quality smelting ore, multi-stage grinding and beneficiation processes are mostly used. Due to the lack of online measuring equipment, it is difficult to timely grasp the various technical parameters of the selected mineral sands in each section, and there is a significant degree of blindness in the production process. Our company has been dedicated to the development of the "Pipeline Transportation Section Iron Ore Slurry Multi Parameter Online Measurement System" since 2005, which took 6 years and finally succeeded. The FWIPMMS-A1 type iron ore slurry multi parameter online measurement system consists of an outdoor unit (including instrument cabinet, electronic warehouse, flow meter) and an indoor unit (engineer station). The outdoor unit is connected to the slurry transportation pipeline flange, and the indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit through a signal cable, with a maximum distance of 1.2km between the two. | |
