Multi station cylindrical polishing machinePurpose of use
Small outer circle polishing machineMainly used for rust removal and polishing in industries such as hardware manufacturing, vehicle accessories, steel and wood furniture, instrument machinery, standard parts, and before and after electroplating. It is the preferred choice for polishing round pipes, round rods, and slender shafts.Tube Polishing MachineThe processed workpiece has high brightness and does not affect the original size of the workpiece, making it particularly suitable for high brightness polishing of workpieces after centerless grinding.
Automatic external polishing machine
Small automaticExternal cylindrical polishing machinecharacteristics
The circular tube polishing machine has high work efficiency, good surface roughness of the workpiece, and stable performance. The speed of the machine's guide wheel is controlled by frequency conversion (optional),
Therefore, regardless of the diameter or length of the workpiece, ideal machining efficiency can be achieved.
The JS series centerless outer circle polishing machine (grinder) was independently developed by our factory's technical personnel in 2001 based on market demand. The machine has the characteristics of high efficiency, high smoothness, easy operation, and can use various types of grinding tools. This machine is mainly used in the manufacturing industries of hardware, electroplating, steel and wood furniture, standard parts, automotive and motorcycle accessories, etc. Suitable for grinding and polishing the outer surface of various shafts, rods, and pipe fittings; Ultra long stainless steel pipes, boiler pipes, high-precision pipes, titanium alloy rods; Hydraulic rods for construction machinery, shock absorber rods for automobiles and motorcycles, valve rods, and oil field sucker rods; Polishing and grinding of various metal/non-metal rods, tubes, plastics, rubber tubes, spinning machine rods, and wires
The use and maintenance of the outer circular flat polishing machine
First, place the workpiece into the track.
Align the center of the workpiece with the center of the dial wheel.
Lock the track and tilt it at a certain angle (the greater the tilt angle, the faster the workpiece advances).
Start the guide wheel motor, and if the forward speed is appropriate, move the grinding head onto the workpiece.
If a threaded shape appears, it indicates that the forward speed is fast, and the inclination angle of the track can be appropriately reduced.
During rough polishing, the speed of the guide roller can be slightly reduced, while during fine polishing, the speed of the guide roller should be appropriately increased.
7. Regularly check if there is a lack of oil in the gearbox.
Regularly check whether there is any noise or slight movement inside the grinding head.
