Structure and working principle of sampler:
The sampler consists of two main parts: the converter ① and the piston cylinder ⑨. The piston head is used to extract and expel gas, while the variable valve can change the direction of gas flow or cut off the airflow. When the valve is in the same direction as the joint ⑤ in the diagram, the piston cylinder ⑨ is connected to the joint; When the valve rotates ③ clockwise in the same direction as the piston cylinder ⑨, the air nozzle ② communicates with the piston cylinder ⑨; When the valve is located on the bisector of the angle between the two desired straight lines (approximately 45 ° from the axis of the piston cylinder), the conversion valve isolates the piston cylinder from the external gas. A scale is engraved on the pull rod ⑧, which can indicate the volume of gas (ml) sucked into the piston cylinder when the handle ⑪ is pulled to a certain position. Joint ⑤ is the connecting component between the sampler and the detection tube.
