Installation method:
1Place the flow cup in the circular ring of the cross arm.
2The viscometer stand consists of an adjustable horizontal platform cross, with circular water bubbles attached to the cross arms. Adjust the horizontal bolts of the platform to center the water bubbles.

1Cleaning treatment of flow cup: Dip a soft paper with good water absorption in a solvent that is easy to remove oil stains and repeatedly wipe the inner wall. Twist the paper into a rope shape and repeatedly pull it straight in the flow hole until it is clean.
2Pour in the tested liquid: Block the outflow hole of the cup with your fingers (if there is corrosive liquid, use the stopper on the cup) and slowly pour the tested liquid into the cup until the liquid level protrudes from the upper edge of the cup. If there are bubbles, wait for the bubbles to float to the surface, and use a clean flat glass plate to push along the edge once to remove the protruding liquid level and bubbles, so that the horizontal plane of the tested liquid is on the same level as the upper edge of the flow cup.
3Measure the outflow time: Release the blocked finger or push open the stopper, and start the stopwatch at the same time. The test solution flows out in a continuous line. When the line from the orifice starts to break, stop the stopwatch and record the stopwatch reading t.
