Principle of NES 210 Instrument:
The sampler operates based on the principle of impactor to collect fog water. The dual inlet on the back draws in air at a rate of 125 m3 per hour. There is a specially designed settling chamber above the entrance, where fog condenses into droplets. There is a vertical pore in the center of the settling chamber, which is connected to a compression surface filled with capillary pores. The central channel is connected to the instrument outlet through a tube, which can generate low pressure to slow down the flow rate of the airflow through the capillary pores. Each side of the settling chamber has small convex edges to prevent the deposited water from being carried away by rapid airflow. After these droplets settle into water, they gather at the center through capillary action and low-pressure action, and flow into two collection bottles.
NES210 standard configuration:
Manual fog sampler NES 210
50ml Duran glass bottle
vacuum cleaner
Support rod (domestic)
advantage:
The new design combines the characteristics of efficient dispersion
Using the principle of impactor
Technical features:
In this way, the deposited water can be quickly separated from the strong airflow, reducing evaporation and minimizing reflux. After entering the dual inlet, the air is directed towards the outlet through a semi-circular surface, which can avoid the generation of vortices.
