5、 Selection of Two pole Reducer with Motor
The selection method for bipolar reducers is the same as that for single-stage reducers, but the motor needs to be matched according to its load-bearing capacity.
1. Equipped with motors, Y series vertical asynchronous motors or explosion-proof asynchronous motors.
2. For the convenience of selecting reducers, the matching of electric motors and reducers is compiled and selected in the following three situations:
a. When the shaft power of the reducer is 0.94-1.4 times the motor power, i.e. calculated according to the single-stage selection method, if the product of K1 and K2 is less than 1.4, the motor can be selected for full capacity. Represented by "○" and named as the basic specification. Commonly used for stable continuous or mild; The workload of the hit.
b. The shaft power of the reducer is 1.4-2.5 times the motor power, which means that if the product of K1 and K2 is less than 2.5 after calculation using a single-stage selection method, the motor can be selected for full capacity. Represented by "△", it is commonly used for workloads with moderate or severe impacts.
c. The specific multiple values of items a and b should be determined by comparing the listed power values with the motor power values.
d、 When the power of the motor used is 1.1-1.2 times the input shaft power of the reducer, a single-stage selection method should be used according to the allowable output torque. Safety devices should be installed on the high-speed shaft of the reducer to prevent overload operation.
