Project Background:
In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization, implement the spirit of document No. 177 issued by the Hebei Provincial Government, further deepen boiler pollution control, and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, Beijing has completed the low nitrogen combustion transformation of all gas boilers, with nitrogen oxide emission concentration controlled within 30mg/m3 and total emissions reduced by 80%. The AMLNO200 gas boiler nitrogen oxide tail gas analyzer aims to ensure that the nitrogen oxide emissions of gas boilers meet the standards by improving the detection technology.
Scope of application:
The Emerson AMLNO200 gas boiler nitrogen oxide tail gas analyzer (NOX analyzer) is mainly suitable for gas boilers with a capacity of less than 20 steam tons per hour, low nitrogen combustion retrofit boilers, replacement of low nitrogen burner boilers, and overall replacement of boiler emissions of nitrogen oxide tail gas. The low nitrogen burner refers to the use of full range mixed burners, staged burners (with smoke recirculation devices), and other technologies for nitrogen oxide exhaust gas analyzers
