Ink Introduction

NU flexible ink is a semi flat and glossy ink with superior adhesion and flexibility. The biggest feature of this ink is manual printing, high-speed printing on screen printing machines, and roll to roll printing.

Main applications

This ink is suitable for Teduolong, soft and hard PVC, polyester PET、 Printing of aluminum foil, PP synthetic paper, adhesive labels, Lexan film, etc.

Ink type

Natural drying and low-temperature baking drying refer to drying at 25 ℃ for about 2-3 minutes.

Dilution

Adjust printing viscosity:

3 # solvent (standard), 4 # solvent (slow drying), 5 # solvent (extra slow drying).

Usually, adding 15-25% dilution solvent to the ink to adjust the viscosity suitable for printing can achieve perfect printing.

clean

Please use 707 mesh washing water or PVC mesh washing water to clean the screen.

Screen type

Please use oil resistant screen printing, and it is recommended to use 200-420 mesh screen printing.

Color packaging

18 standard colors, each packaged in one kilogram iron cans.
