Nano scale hydrophilic polyurethane bio filler is a type of filler synthesized from polymer materials. The large pores and micropores in polyurethane filler are combined, and the large pores maintain good gas, liquid, and solid contact conditions. The micropores are used to immobilize microorganisms, and contain hydrophilic active groups such as amino, carboxyl, and epoxy groups. They can form ionic or covalent bonds with certain active groups in microbial peptide chains to immobilize microorganisms and biological enzymes on the carrier.
