Performance characteristics

The main structure of the equipment is made of stainless steel material, and the surface has been polished to create a beautiful and elegant appearance. The surface is smooth and flat, making it easy to clean
The left side of the equipment workbench is equipped with a double-layer safety glass window, which is conducive to light collection and operation
The electrical control part adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen, with variable frequency speed regulation for air flow
Adopting a unique three zone ventilation principle, it achieves the effect of isolating the operating area from the external environment with an air curtain

The exhaust/circulating airflow flow detector is equipped with an alarm, which will sound and light if the flow rate is too fast or too slow. The air guiding system ensures that particles can be firmly retained even in very gentle airflow, in accordance with EN 14175-3 and ISPE SMEPAC guidelines.
The cleaning air curtain (area 3 in the figure below) separates area 1 and area 2, so it acts like a screen, preventing turbulence and mixing between areas 1 and 2. Particles cannot flow between region 1 and region 2. The partition cleaning air curtain formed by the special outlet crossbar has to some extent replaced the role of the isolation air plate. The airflow velocity in this formed area (Area 3) is significantly different from the airflow velocity in the other two areas, thus playing a role in isolation and stability. The final result is that the air, foreign gases, suspended solids, etc. in Zone 1 cannot enter Zone 2 through Zone 3, and the ambient air (including components) in Zone 2 cannot enter the working area of Zone 1.
