Netherlands Yino NEXUS 8001 hardness tester
The NEXUS 8000 series can perform all standard hardness testing procedures, including Rockwell, surface Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and Knoop.
It can also be used for thermoplastic ball indentation hardness testing, new Vickers depth (HVT) and Brinell depth (HBT) testing.
The NEXUS 8000 universal hardness tester covers all standard hardness testing methods within the following force range:
1kgf/9.8N-250kgf/2.45kN (8001), 3kgf/29N-750kgf/7.35kN (8002), 10kgf/98N-3000kgf/29kN (8003).
All programs comply with the requirements of the German Organization for Standardization (DIN), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
This series of instruments features high-quality mechanical components, based on weighing sensors, closed-loop systems, and force feedback systems.
Advanced User Interface IMPRESIONS ™ It can control the automatic measurement program and has multiple functions, such as fully automatic indentation measurement and data storage.
The integrated camera has a calibration and amplification function.
NEXUS 8000 ™ The application scope of the series products covers aviation engine components, automotive components, production lines, general quality assurance, and laboratory use.
Application scope
Hardness of castings and forgings
Used for flat cylindrical workpieces
Widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries
Laboratory and workshop testing
Sample testing or quality control testing
Steel and non-ferrous metals
Hard alloy, ceramic, stainless steel materials
IMPRESSIONS ™ Firmware
IMPRESSIONS ™ For the NEXUS 8000 series advanced user operating system.
Its software functions include manual and automatic full-scale measurement, image editing, file storage
Image storage, report printing, turret operation, manual or autofocus, and other advanced features.
Its firmware can be converted to three different hardness (and tensile strength) scales simultaneously, and this conversion can be used for material and standard (ISO/ASTM) settings.
The system can also control the X-Y worktable, rotary table, or tilt table (optional) that can be inserted into the standard built-in driver of the hardness tester.
No external devices, no additional payment required.
By combining with the X-Y worktable, the hardness tester can select the depth of the hardened layer hardness program to run, predefined testing modes, and/or other user-defined special or special tasks.
All data can be copied or exported to office applications such as Word, Excel, or report generators, which can send test results to workstations or servers via email.
All data can be accessed through a local area network or wireless local area network link.
