◆ Instructions for use
The Xintian brand network prepaid smart water meter is used to measure the water flow in pipelines, and has both prepaid and automatic meter reading functions. Users hand over their water bills to the management department, and the management department writes the user's purchased water amount into the prepaid meter reading management system. After the user's payment information is input into the management system, the computer will automatically issue instructions to the water meter to automatically open the valve for water supply. During the user's water use process, the network prepaid management system automatically reduces the amount of water purchased. After the purchased water is exhausted, the water meter will automatically close the valve and cut off water supply. The user needs to purchase water again before opening the valve for water supply again. This system can also monitor the operation of water meters and users' water usage in real time. Each user's daily water consumption can be easily seen at a glance, and water loss can be accurately determined. It has truly achieved automatic charging, automatic meter reading, and greatly improved the level of property management.
◆ Characteristics of prepaid water meters
1. The meter does not require a battery and does not need to work continuously with electricity. It is only automatically powered on by the collector at the moment of meter reading, which has a short working time and greatly improves the lifespan of the meter. It does not require professional maintenance personnel and will not lose data due to power outages or network failures.
2. The photoelectric sensor and electronic circuit are all sealed in a sealed box of the counter, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, and attack resistant. The photoelectric sensor adopts a unique circuit design and process treatment, completely solving the problem of light interference. It will not affect the correct reading of data in any light (including direct sunlight) and dark environment, and greatly improves the safety of water meter readings.
3. Adopting passive photoelectric direct reading technology, the reading is always the current window reading of the water meter, so whether the word wheel rotates forward or backward, or the vibration of the pipeline, it will not affect the read data results, and is not affected by magnetic interference, which is safe and reliable.
4. Adopting advanced five bit encoding and decoding technology to ensure 100% data accuracy when the carry critical state is reached.
5. The wiring method is simple, without topological structure requirements, and allows for any wiring branch such as string, star, cross, etc.
6. The water meter base is produced on an Italian production line, using die cast copper one-time molding technology and CNC machine processing. It has high pressure resistance, no sand holes, and will not explode. It will not rust after long-term operation, has a long service life, precise process design, good consistency of the meter body, accurate measurement, and stable reliability.
7. The table has a unique ID number when it leaves the factory, and the system does not need to be initialized during operation, it can be installed and used immediately.
8. The spherical valve core and valve body of the electric ball valve adopt a suspended structure. With the structural characteristics of "anti lock braking", the control current is greatly reduced, and there will be no scaling or rusting phenomenon. By adopting the above-mentioned patented technology, the surface tension and water pressure of tap water are effectively utilized. On the premise of ensuring a closed valve without leakage, there is a gap between the valve core and the valve body, and the suspended structure can achieve the effects of low pressure loss, low wear, low power consumption, rust prevention, and anti blockage. On the one hand, it improves the reliability and lifespan of the valve.
9. The electronic two-wire valve in place detection technology is adopted. To achieve prepayment for network prepaid water meters, the reliability of the valve opening and closing in place is crucial, which determines the normal use of the prepayment function. Many domestic manufacturers' smart water meters cannot detect whether the valve switch is in place, and some manufacturers' products use four wire mechanical in place detection technology. Our company's electric valves use two-wire electronic in place detection and control technology, with a two-wire electronic in place detection structure.
