It can measure particles in suspensions, emulsions, and high concentration solutions of strong acid and alkali systems, corrosive slurries, etc. The volume concentration of the tested material can reach up to 70%.
The principle of ultrasonic attenuation method:
The RF generator emits ultrasonic waves of a certain frequency and intensity, which pass through the testing area and reach the RF detector, the signal receiving end. When particles pass through the testing area, the attenuation of sound waves obtained at the receiving end varies due to the different absorption levels of sound waves by particles of different sizes. Based on the relationship between particle size and ultrasonic intensity attenuation, the particle size distribution of particles can be obtained, and the solid content of the system can also be measured.
