Product Name:
CEMS nitrogen oxide converter, NOx converter, NOx catalyst, NOx converter NOx Converter
Product model:
Laoshan Electronic LSDZ-400 NOx Nitrogen Oxide Converter
Product Description:
The LSDZ-400 NOx nitrogen oxide converter from Laoshan Electronics uses molybdenum as a catalyst to convert NO2 into NO and MoO3 at a high temperature of 300 degrees Celsius. Composed of insulation box, heating device, temperature sensor, molybdenum furnace (stainless steel tube, catalyst), temperature controller and other components. We filled a stainless steel tube with catalyst (high-purity molybdenum and a special activated carbon) as a molybdenum furnace, heated it to 300 ℃ (controlled by a temperature controller), and allowed the sample gas to enter the molybdenum furnace at a flow rate of 1.0L/min-2.0L/min. After passing through the molybdenum furnace, NO2 will be converted into NO with a conversion efficiency greater than 95%, while other gases (such as SO2, CO, etc.) are not affected.
Main purpose:
This converter adopts the company's latest research and development technology, which can effectively enable the flue gas to fully react with the filling material in the conversion pipe, achieving a conversion efficiency of NO2 of over 95%. Under normal operating conditions, the filling material inside the conversion tube has a lifespan of up to 12 months, which minimizes maintenance costs. It can be widely used for online environmental monitoring and automobile exhaust detection.

Working principle of nitrogen oxide converter
What is the working principle of a nitrogen oxide converter?
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) are one of the main pollutants emitted from flue gas. The nitrogen oxides NOx in flue gas include nitric oxide NO and nitrogen dioxide NO2. NO accounts for the vast majority, and the proportion of NO2 is very small. But with the strengthening of environmental protection efforts, nitrogen oxide emission standards are getting lower and lower, and the detection of NO2 is gradually becoming stricter. The detection of NO2 is quite difficult and requires the use of a converter to convert NO2 to NO before detection.
The converter uses molybdenum as a catalyst to convert NO2 into NO and O2 at a high temperature of 315 ℃. Its working principle is as follows: this converter consists of components such as an insulation box, heating device, temperature sensor, molybdenum furnace (stainless steel tube, catalyst), and temperature controller.
We fill the stainless steel tube with catalyst (high-purity molybdenum and a special activated carbon) as a molybdenum furnace, heat it to above 350 ℃ (controlled by a temperature controller), and let the sample gas enter the molybdenum furnace at a flow rate of 1.0L/min to 2.0L/min. After passing through the molybdenum furnace, NO2 will be converted into NO with a conversion efficiency greater than 95%, while other gases (such as SO2, CO, etc.) are not affected.
