This product is mainly used as a gas cylinder pressure reducing device in welding, cutting, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, hygiene, and electronics industries. It can maintain a certain outlet pressure regardless of changes in inlet pressure and outlet flow rate.

structure
The pressure reducer is a single-stage reaction type pressure reducing device, equipped with two pressure gauges 1 and 11.
Rotate the adjusting screw 5 clockwise, compress the spring 6, drive the thin film 3, the spring pad 4, and the top rod 7, open the valve 9, and at this time, the inlet high-pressure gas enters the low-pressure chamber through the gap at the movable door, and is delivered to the working position through the outlet.
When stopping work, be sure to completely release the adjusting screw to restore the spring to its free state.
When the regulated pressure exceeds a certain allowable value, it will automatically shut down. (As shown in the picture)

2、 Safety device
A、 When the outlet pressure is less than or equal to 1.3 times the rated outlet pressure, there should be no air leakage.
B、 When the outlet pressure is greater than 1.3 times the rated outlet pressure and less than the safe discharge pressure, it should be able to safely exhaust.
3、 The intake connection thread of the pressure reducer is G5/8 "-14, and the hydrogen gas is W21.8 left-14. Propane/MPS is M22X1.5-law.

Safe use and maintenance
1. When installing the pressure reducer, check that the specifications connected to the gas cylinder are consistent, and immediately open the gas cylinder valve to blow out the garbage before connecting the pressure reducer to prevent impurities from entering the pressure reducer.
2. When opening the bottle valve, avoid standing on the front and outlet of the pressure reducer, and slowly open it to avoid accidents.
3. Oxygen pressure reducers must not come into contact with grease to avoid fire hazards.
4. The pressure reducer should be properly stored to avoid impact and vibration, and should not be placed in places with corrosive media.
