Marposs NCG thickness gauge is a thickness gauge based on interference technology, which introduces the light waves reflected on the layer boundaries of different surfaces of the measured object into interference and calculates the layer thickness of the measured object. This measuring instrument is designed to control the thickness of different types of parts, including glass, plastic, and silicon wafers. Due to the infrared light source, non transparent materials can also be measured.
