D) The automatic production line can achieve adaptive matching, automatically matching the rhythm between various devices in the system;

E) Pipe length range: 300-20000mm (customizable);

F) Pipe diameter range: 12-80mm (customizable);

G) Weld seam detection: (customized for non-standard users, color difference or image recognition);

H) Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc;

I) Equipment color: spray painted according to customer requirements;

J) Pipe bending machine configuration: In principle, a new CNC fully automatic pipe bending machine should be configured, and users' existing fully automatic pipe bending machines in good condition can also be upgraded with automatic production lines;

K) Automatic feeding machine parameters: The material is processed using a stepped board top feeding method, and the capacity of the silo is about 250 pieces (depending on the diameter of the pipe).
