1、 Product Overview:
OW-LC elliptical gear flowmeter, also known as volumetric flowmeter, is a type of flowmeter with high accuracy. Using mechanical measuring elements to continuously divide the fluid into several known volume parts, the total flow volume is measured based on the number of times the measuring chamber sequentially and repeatedly fills and discharges this volume part of the fluid. The OW-LC elliptical gear flowmeter can be made of different materials (cast steel, stainless steel, and 316) and is suitable for flow measurement in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, metallurgy, and food.

3、 Characteristics of OW-LC elliptical gear flowmeter:
1. Flow measurement is independent of the flow state of the fluid and has a wide measurement range.
2. The higher the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the amount of leakage from the gear and measuring space gap. Therefore, the larger the viscosity of the measured medium, the smaller the leakage error, and the more advantageous it is for measurement.
3. The elliptical gear flowmeter has high measurement accuracy and is suitable for measuring the flow rate of high viscosity media.
4. There is no need for straight pipe sections before and after the flowmeter, even if the flowmeter is close to valves, bends, reducers, or expanders, there is no need to install straight pipe sections.
5. High measurement accuracy: 0.2 and 0.5 levels.
6. It can measure various oils and non corrosive liquid media for cast iron.
