Address Description
The device address consists of two parts: the dip switch address and the device base address.
Dial switch address: It is a five digit dial switch address. (Range 0~31)
Device base address: refers to the address set by software, also known as offset address.
The specific relationship is:
Device address=dip switch address+device base address (without dip switch device: device address=device base address).
1. When all five dialing codes are dialed to the "ON" position, it is the address "31";
2. When all five dialing codes are dialed to the "OFF" position, it is the address "0";
3. The leftmost 1 is the binary lowest bit.

Register Description
This weighing sensor is mainly a coil register, which mainly supports the following instruction codes:
remarks:
① Modbus device commands support the following Modbus addresses:
00001 to 09999 are discrete outputs (coils)
10001 to 19999 are discrete inputs (contacts)
30001 to 39999 are input registers (usually analog inputs)
40001 to 49999 are reserved registers
Using a 5-digit code format, the first character determines the register type, and the remaining 4 characters represent the address. Address 1 starts from 0, such as 00001 corresponding to 0000.

Calibration:
Open the "JYHgs. exe" software and use the calibration function for calibration. Please refer to the software instructions for details.

Common fault analysis:
1. The power on indicator light is on, but the upper computer software cannot connect to the module:
When encountering this problem, the following key points are usually checked:
Is the connection of 485 communication lines A and B correct
Are the parameters such as serial port baud rate, stop bit, and verification method correct
Is the address of the device dip switch consistent with the address set by the upper computer software
485 wiring length without added shielding wire
2. The AD character is fixed to a certain large value, which does not change with the sensor
Sensor connection error
The sensor is damaged
3. The AD character fluctuates greatly and cannot be calibrated or measured
Low module power supply voltage or large ripple
Poor wiring of the sensor
The sensor wiring is long and not shielded
The sensor load is unstable
