The CR-200/CR-300 online corrosion rate meter adopts the latest microcurrent detection technology to achieve linear polarization corrosion rate detection, which can provide real-time corrosion rate of the tested water sample. When the system fluctuates, it displays the current corrosion rate at a minute level response speed. Traditional corrosion coupons provide lagging information, often observing corrosion points too late.

The CR-200/CR-300 adopts the concept of "integrated" design, which integrates the detection electrode and detection assembly into the same entity, saving installation space and equipment costs. It monitors the conductivity background of water samples in real-time and compensates for it to minimize interference with corrosion rate monitoring.

The CR-200/CR-300 corrosion electrode adopts a replaceable electrode design, threaded connection, and easy replacement. The electrode material can be selected according to the corrosive material, greatly improving the accuracy of corrosion rate measurement to meet the monitoring needs of different systems.

  • Pollution resistant and anti-interference design: The dual electrodes can be replaced to improve the long-term stability of the sensor in complex working environments
  • CR-200 is battery powered, supports Bluetooth broadcast data, supports mobile phone connection to sensors and configuring sensors, and supports connection to BTA-100 (Bluetooth to 4-20mA converter) and controller integration
  • The CR-300 comes with isolated RS-485 digital communication, supports MODBUS, and can be connected to DCS. It also has two configurable isolated 4-20mA outputs, which can output average corrosion rate and pitting corrosion trend
  • The average corrosion rate range is 0-2, 0-10 MPY (adjustable in mm/a); Point corrosion trend measurement range 0-100
  • Calibration, data recording, and diagnosis can be performed on personal computers or smartphones through Bluetooth/USB adapters
