The SID/Sid pipeline type high shear dispersing emulsifier is a high-performance equipment used for continuous online production or cyclic processing of fine materials. It is equipped with a set of dual interlocking multi-layer fixed and rotating rotors in a narrow cavity. When the rotor rotates at high speed, it generates strong axial suction to suck the material into the cavity and start rapid processing. Suitable for the production of products with high hygiene requirements such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food, meeting CIP cleaning requirements and customizable GMP standards.

Equipment principle
After entering the equipment cavity, the material is quickly dispersed, emulsified, and homogenized by the stator and rotor, and the particle size distribution range is significantly narrowed, resulting in more uniform mixing of the material.

*For media with poor fluidity, it is recommended to use a pump with matching flow rate at the inlet for transportation, and the pressure of the conveying pump should be ≤ 0.3MPa;
