◆ Protective measures
In order to ensure the high reliability of WTW instruments and meet the industrial needs of modern process analysis, we have applied additional electronic protection measures in the instruments. For example, the EcoLine series adopts the EMC design concept to ensure the high anti-interference performance of the instrument. Not only that, we have also added input/output current protection function.
◆ Proportional control
EcoLine pH 170 is equipped with a proportional controller that modulates pulse width and frequency, which is used to control the precipitation and neutralization processes.
◆ Electrode compatibility
EcoLine pH 170 can accept low/high impedance signal inputs. This feature enables the instrument to not only connect to WTWensoLyt electrodes, but also be compatible with other electrodes. If the connected electrode does not have a temperature probe, any three core temperature probe such as Pt100/Pt1000RDT can be connected to the host instrument for automatic temperature compensation. Adjust the electrode signal to complete the calibration.
◆ Correct with buffer solution
There are three calibration methods for pH 170. AutoCal TEC 1: Using WTW standard solution, the instrument automatically completes the calibration process with just one key press. AutoCalTEC2: An additional feature of this method is that the pH value of the buffer solution can be recorded by connecting the recorder to a relay trigger and outputting in a gear. ConCal: The traditional calibration method using any buffer solution is to manually input the pH value of the buffer solution for calibration.
