Working environment of ultrafine ore grinding machine
1. Cleaning the equipment: After long-term operation, the grinding machine is prone to dirt that needs to be cleaned. During the cleaning process, high-pressure and high-temperature water guns should not be used to rinse, especially the electrical parts, which should not be washed with water to avoid electrical burnout.
2. Selection and replacement of oil: When selecting fuel oil, attention should be paid to the properties of the fuel oil. The commonly used fuel oil is diesel, but it should be noted that diesel with a freezing point higher than or equal to the ambient temperature should not be used. Generally, diesel with a temperature 5 degrees lower than the ambient temperature should be selected, such as -10 #, -20 #, -35 #, etc. When cleaning, it is also necessary to thoroughly clean the fuel system, and at the same time, check whether the fuel pump is normal to eliminate potential faults. Cleaning the fuel system is also to ensure that fuel oil can be added to keep up with the operation of the equipment during startup. For the replacement of lubricating oil or grease, attention should be paid to the equipment's use of lubricating oil, and whether replacement is necessary should be determined based on the amount used.
3. Maintenance of components: During the operation of the grinding machine, each component has different temperatures according to its work content. There is a cooling system in the equipment. During maintenance, attention should be paid not to allow sediment in the water tank of the cooling system. If it is found, it should be removed in a timely manner, and the water temperature in the water tank should not be too high or too low. Antifreeze should be added to the water tank.
Working principle
When the ore ultrafine grinding machine is in operation, the large pieces of material are first crushed and sent into the storage bin by the elevator, and then evenly sent into the main grinding room by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The material entering the grinding room is picked up by the shovel and crushed between the grinding roller and the ring. The fan blows air into the grinding room, blowing the powder into the analyzer for sorting. If the fineness cannot be reached, it falls into the grinding room again. Qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow, and the fine powder is separated from the air and discharged from the discharge port as the finished product. The air returns to the fan through the upper return duct, and the air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. In the grinding chamber of the ultrafine grinder, due to the certain moisture content of the ground material, a certain amount of heat is generated during grinding, resulting in water vapor evaporation. In addition, the flange connections of various pipelines in the whole machine are not tightly sealed, causing external gas to be sucked in and increasing the circulating air flow. To ensure the normal operation of the grinder under negative pressure, the increased air flow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air pipe between the fan and the host, and then discharged into the air.
