OuCui Type M Portable Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer
overview
If it is required that the oxygen analyzer can measure manually or pneumatically, and is made of electropolished stainless steel with an automatic safety lock when moving the instrument. The Euro type oxygen analyzer is the best solution, and there is no need to stop production when maintaining the analyzer during the maintenance process. Similarly, this feature also provides safety protection against damage to the sensor measurement window during the cleaning process, even with strong functional cleaning agents. The movable component has two interfaces for optimal cleaning effect, with a pneumatic stroke of approximately 36mm.
principle
The European Oxygen Analyzer continuously measures the oxygen concentration in liquids or gases and is designed specifically for high precision and high-density operating conditions. The European Oxygen Analyzer is based on the principle of optical fluorescence quenching effect for measurement. The sensor window surface has a layer of fluorescent coating, and the blue LED light source in the sensor emits a beam of blue light that shines on the fluorescent substance. The fluorescent substance of the coating is immediately excited by this blue light, and this excited state is not stable. After encountering oxygen, it will quickly release red light and return to its original state. There is a time lag between this red light and the previous blue light emitted by the LED. The photodetector can detect this phase lag between the blue light and the red light, which measures the time it takes for the fluorescent substance to recover from being excited by blue light to emitting red light. Based on this, the dissolved oxygen content in water can be calculated. The European oxygen analyzer can display multiple units, such as ppb, ppm, and% The lightweight and portable M-type oxygen analyzer has a sturdy design and is easily connected through a hose.
