1、 Introduction to Outdoor Construction Site PM2.5 Dust Online Monitoring System
The BYS600-CX outdoor construction site PM2.5 dust online monitoring system is a device developed and produced by Shenzhen Boyunchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for monitoring outdoor construction site dust and noise pollution. It is used to measure PM2.5 PM10、TSP、 Parameters such as noise, temperature and humidity, wind speed, and direction. This system is mainly suitable for digital urban management, smart cities, construction sites, garbage dumps, demolition sites, docks, industrial parks, communities, and road dust environment monitoring and control centers. The monitored data indicators include the eight indices of dust emissions. Real time, remote, and automatic monitoring of particulate matter concentration is achieved through 3G Unicom network and cloud computing technology. The data is transmitted through the network and can be accessed on various terminals such as computers, mobile phones, and tablets. In addition, this system can be equipped with a customized linkage (fog cannon) spray control system. If the dust exceeds the standard, the spray dust reduction system will automatically start, and if the dust meets the standard, the spray will automatically stop, improving air quality.

2. Collection setting: The collection time interval can be freely set, and the collection interval can be set arbitrarily from 1 minute to 24 hours.
3. Collector: Supports DC9-24V input, and the power supply has protective measures such as anti reverse connection, anti pulse group, lightning protection, and anti-static.
4. Data storage: An optional SD card can be used to store data locally and copy it at any time.
5. Display mode: The host adopts an outdoor P10 LED display screen for convenient on-site data analysis by customers.
6. Scalability: The system adopts a modular design, which facilitates the expansion, shielding, or integration of other sensors.
7. Site data download: Supports RS485 interface collection and remote data transmission on cloud platforms.
8. Communication method: The collector supports both GPRS and GSM wireless transmission methods, and can transmit data information to a designated meteorological server to achieve remote control and transmission of data; Can receive and view real-time data and set parameters through (supporting 90% of) smartphones (Android system);
9. Clock requirement: Internal integrated real-time clock (RTC clock power supply 3V) can run for more than 5 years after external power failure.
10. Abnormal alarm: If the monitoring data exceeds the set upper limit, send a text message alarm to the designated mobile phone. (Optional)
11. Reliability of the data collector: Temporary faults in the external power supply and communication system do not affect data collection, and delayed data can be automatically downloaded after communication is restored; Permanent power outage does not result in the loss of collected and stored data.
12. GPS function: The device's specific geographic location (longitude, latitude) can be determined through GPS (optional)
13. Transmission protocol: The whole machine adopts MODBUS protocol or 212 protocol transmission, which can meet the requirements of docking with government platforms.

P M 2.5:
PM2.5 refers to particulate matter in the atmosphere with a diameter of less than or equal to 2.5 microns, also known as lung particles. Its diameter is less than 1/20 of the thickness of a human hair. Although PM2.5 is only a small component of the Earth's atmospheric composition, it has significant impacts on air quality and visibility. In February 2013, the National Science and Technology Terminology Review Committee named PM2.5 as fine particulate matter in Chinese. The chemical composition of fine particulate matter mainly includes organic carbon (OC), elemental carbon (EC), nitrate, sulfate, ammonium salt, sodium salt (Na+), etc.
P M 10:
Total suspended particulate matter refers to the general term for solid and liquid particles floating in the air, with a particle size range of approximately 0.1-100 micrometers. Some particles, such as smoke and dust, can be visible to the naked eye due to their large particle size or black color. Some are so small that they can only be observed with an electron microscope. Particles with a particle size below 10 microns are usually referred to as inhalable particulate matter, also known as PM10.
TSP:
Particles with a diameter less than 100 μ m are called TSP, which refers to total suspended particles; The sources of TSP can be divided into anthropogenic and natural sources. The main anthropogenic sources are emissions from human activities such as coal combustion, fuel oil, and industrial production processes; The main natural sources are soil, dust, and sand that are transported into the air by wind power. The composition of TSP in the atmosphere is very complex and varies greatly. Coal combustion emissions of particulate matter, industrial waste gas, and ground dust are important sources of total suspended particles in the atmosphere. TSP is the main pollutant in the atmospheric environment and poses great harm to human health.
Noise:
Noise is a type of sound that causes irritability or excessive volume, posing a threat to human health. Noise pollution mainly comes from transportation, vehicle honking, industrial noise, construction, social noise such as music halls, loudspeakers, morning markets, and loud human speech. Research has shown that when the noise level is 90 decibels, the sensitivity of rod cells in the retina to distinguish light brightness begins to decrease, and the response time to recognize weak light is prolonged; When reaching 95 decibels, the pupils will dilate; When reaching 115 decibels, the adaptability of the eyes to light brightness will decrease by 207. In addition, people who are exposed to noise for a long time are most likely to experience eye fatigue, eye pain, blurred vision, and tears.
