The product generates a certain amount of heavy metal ions during cleaning after production and processing, and the pH of the wastewater is unstable and phosphides are produced.

The main processes for treating wastewater generated by metal oxidation include electrolysis+coagulation precipitation, chemical precipitation method, oxidation-reduction treatment method, solvent extraction separation method, adsorption method, biological treatment method, etc.

By using hydrolysis acidification for preliminary treatment, on the one hand, it can greatly reduce the aerobic treatment load, thereby significantly reducing the power consumption of oxygen supply.

The nutrients required by aerobic microorganisms mainly include carbohydrates, nitrogen compounds, water, inorganic salts (nitrogen and phosphorus), and vitamins.

In this process, due to the initial use of hydrolysis and acidification treatment, anaerobic microorganisms have low energy consumption and sludge production, and the hydrolysis and acidification process itself does not require the addition of nutrients such as ammonia and nitrogen. On the other hand, after hydrolysis and acidification treatment, the nutritional structure of wastewater water quality can be effectively improved, making it more suitable for aerobic biological treatment without the need to add other nutrients.

Through practical experience, it has been proven that the combination of two process flows has the characteristics of stable operation, strong impact resistance, high treatment efficiency, and good effluent quality. It is a mature and ideal machining wastewater treatment process.

After pre-treatment by the existing treatment system, the comprehensive wastewater enters the comprehensive regulation tank to regulate the water quality and quantity, reduce the operating load of subsequent treatment structures, and equip the tank with liquid level gauges and lift pumps.

After regulation, the comprehensive wastewater from oxidation is pumped to a pulse water distributor for pulse water distribution in the hydrolysis acidification tank. The hydrolysis acidification tank utilizes the acidification and hydrolysis effects of anaerobic bacteria to convert high molecular weight organic pollutants in the wastewater into small molecule substances through microbial oxidation and decomposition, which then enter the biological contact oxidation tank. The wastewater is then aerated and supplied with oxygen by a blower, and under the action of aerobic microorganisms, the organic pollutants in the wastewater are degraded.

The effluent from the biological contact oxidation tank flows automatically into the flocculation reaction tank, where pH regulators, coagulants, and flocculants are added. It then enters the inclined tube sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation. The wastewater is settled in the inclined tube sedimentation tank and flows into the reuse water tank, where it is filtered by a sand filter before being discharged or treated for secondary reuse.

The sludge from the inclined tube sedimentation tank flows to the original paint wastewater sludge tank for sludge concentration, and is dehydrated together with the sludge generated from the paint wastewater.
