4、 Instructions for using micro nano bubble generator:
1. Check if the equipment is damaged and if it matches the inspection checklist.
2. The distance between this device and the wall shall not be less than 600mm for the convenience of air intake, heat dissipation, and various maintenance and repair.
3. The material of the inlet pipeline should meet the working pressure requirements of the equipment, and the inlet end should be equipped with a bottom valve to prevent backflow during equipment shutdown and water overflow during initial replenishment. A filter should be installed before the inlet of the equipment, and the pump body should be filled with water before starting to prevent the pump body from idling without water and reducing its service life. Choose a water replenishment pump or pressurized water source according to actual working conditions to replenish water for the equipment.
4. The outlet pipeline should be evenly arranged at the bottom of the aeration tank and fixed to prevent shaking from affecting the aeration effect. All pipelines should be tightly connected without water leakage.
The external air source is connected to the air inlet on the side panel of the equipment through a gas pipeline. Install an adjustable flow meter on the intake nozzle for easy control of the intake flow rate. When mixing harmful gases such as ozone, the application site should be kept well ventilated to ensure environmental safety.
5. Connect the 380V three-phase AC power according to the wiring diagram, and also connect the neutral wire. After wiring, observe the yellow fault indicator light of the device. If the yellow indicator light is on, it indicates that the wire sequence is incorrect. Adjust the wire sequence until the color change indicator light no longer lights up. (Some models do not have a fault indicator light, observe whether the direction of water pump operation is consistent with the label) After wiring, check whether the connection is firm to prevent virtual connection. The direction of the water pump has been adjusted for a single 220V and can be wired freely. The device must be grounded!!!
6. Pre operation inspection: The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed the rated voltage; The fluctuation range of power frequency shall not exceed the rated frequency; Fill the pump body with water before starting up; Is the water pump rotating forward.
7. Operating instructions: Before starting up, check if there is water in the pump and replenish the equipment according to the situation; The air source enters the equipment directly through the air inlet on the side panel; Other external sources can be connected to the air inlet on the side panel through pipelines. Before starting up, please turn off the gas flow meter and adjust the air intake when the water output is normal.
Connect the power and check if the power indicator is on. If not, please check the circuit. Turn on the device startup switch after it is in good condition. By controlling the gas flow meter to control the intake flow rate, it is advisable to control the intake flow rate of the air source at 7% -10% of the flow rate. The intake of the external air source should be controlled according to the amount used, and should not exceed 10%. When the intake volume is too large, it will affect the volume of bubbles and also affect the service life of the equipment. When the intake volume is too small, it will affect the aeration efficiency. If not in use for a long time, the remaining water in the machine should be drained to ensure the service life of various components and pipelines.

6、 Precautions for Micro Nano Bubble Generator:
1. During use, if the device is running with excessive noise, it may be in an idle state without water in the waterway. Please turn off the device, fill the waterway, and restart it.
2. This device can be continuously powered on for use. To extend the lifespan of the device, it is recommended to connect and power it on for no more than 4 hours in summer. It is advisable to not exceed 8 hours in winter. The running interval is approximately within half an hour depending on the ambient temperature. Avoid frequent device startup, with no more than 4 times per hour.
3. Please pay attention to electrical safety. If the plug or power cord is damaged, do not turn it on. If the power supply voltage exceeds the normal range of use, do not turn it on and add voltage stabilizing equipment.
4. When the device is turned on, it is strictly prohibited to touch other internal components of the device to prevent electric shock, except for the needs of professional debugging.
5. If the equipment is parked for a long time, open the protective shell of the water pump motor, turn the cooling fan until the pump shaft can rotate without resistance, and then operate the equipment.
7、 Troubleshooting of Micro Nano Bubble Generator:
