P2 Laboratory Purification Engineering
Secondary Biosafety Laboratory, BSL-2
P2 laboratory refers to a Level 2 biosafety laboratory, also known as BSL-2. It is a classification of safety levels for biological laboratories. Among various laboratories nowadays, P2 laboratory is the most widely used biosafety level laboratory.
Construction requirements for P2 laboratory:
1. P2 sterile room (excluding buffer room) is equipped with a purification air conditioning system.
2. A separate purification air conditioning system and exhaust fan are installed in the shoe changing and rain gear storage room, dressing room, washroom, and buffer room
3. Outdoor fresh air enters the machine room through the primary filter, and is then sent to the top of the clean room at the end through the air conditioning unit, medium efficiency filter, and pressurized fan
Efficient filter (air outlet), each air outlet is equipped with an air volume regulating valve for air distribution and pressure difference adjustment.
4. The end exhaust outlet of the exhaust system (exhaust from the bottom of the four corner vertical shafts in each clean room) is 0.3 meters above the ground and equipped with an air volume regulating valve for
Air volume regulation. The exhaust main pipe must be equipped with a check valve to prevent backflow of exhaust air;
5. The temperature probe is set inside the main return air duct.
Minimum static pressure difference (Pa) degree:++
Minimum static pressure difference (Pa) for adjacent cleanrooms:+ eight
Ventilation rate (times/h): 30~36
The average wind speed (m/s) of the working face height section of the operating table (or local level 100 working area) in the surgical area is 0.25-0.30
Self purification time (min): ≤ 25
Temperature (℃): 22~25
Relative humidity (%): 40-60
Minimum fresh air volume (m3/h · person): sixty
