Overview of PC Bucket Water Filling Machinery:
PCBucket water filling machineryIt is the core equipment dedicated to the production line of 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottled drinking water. It is an ideal equipment for the production of mineral water, distilled water, and purified water. Made of high-quality stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Working principle of PC bucket water filling machinery:
The empty bucket moves with the chain to a workstation, forming an inverted shape to wash the mouth and body of the bucket. The flushing process involves eight steps: the first and second alkaline washes, the third drip drying, the fourth and fifth disinfectants, the sixth drip drying, the seventh return water cleaning, the eighth drip drying, the ninth pure water flushing, the tenth drip drying, the eleventh pure water flushing, and the twelfth drip drying (the process can also be set according to user needs).

PC Bucket Water Filling MachineryThe washed clean bucket is flipped 90 degrees with the movement of the chain, and the empty bucket is pulled out of the bucket seat by the bucket extraction cylinder and flipped down with the flipping bucket rack. Then, the bucket is flipped up by the bucket pushing cylinder, and the empty bucket is placed on the conveyor belt of the filling machine waiting for filling. After disinfection, the empty bucket reaches the filling position and the filling valve is pushed into the bucket mouth by the cylinder. The filling pump is turned on for filling, and the filling time is set by the PLC. The filling time can be adjusted using the multifunctional buttons on the panel according to the liquid level to achieve the correct position. After the filling is completed, the full barrel is transported by the conveyor belt to the capping station. When passing through the capping station, the bottle cap is automatically placed on the barrel mouth. After the capping is completed, it is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post packaging process.
