The pump E-series vertical surface aerator is used for aerating the aeration tank in sewage treatment plants, and fully mixing sewage with activated sludge to make the activated sludge suspended. It can also be used for pre aeration, aeration sedimentation, aeration flotation and other structures.

Product Features


1. Adopting a dedicated vertical reducer, with a compact structure and light weight;

Due to the vertical structure, the reducer does not have a horizontal oil seal, eliminating the possibility of oil leakage at the input shaft end of the horizontal structure;

The output end of the reducer adopts a cross slider coupling, which has no axial connection with the impeller and is easy to install and remove;

Advanced frequency modulation technology is applied to achieve stepless speed regulation of impellers, which is more energy-efficient, reliable, and easy to operate and maintain than series excitation speed regulation.

Product Structure and Working Process


The vertical exposure machine consists of an electric motor, a vertical reducer, a machine base, a cross slide coupling, a main shaft, a pump E-type impeller, and a control cabinet. The impeller located at a certain depth below the surface of the aeration tank rotates under the drive of the transmission device, and the sewage is strongly stirred. The generated vortex causes the sewage to be sucked into the inlet through the impeller and thrown out at high speed from the outlet through the flow channel, forming a water jump and continuously updating the liquid level, resulting in full contact between the sewage and the atmosphere. As a result, a large amount of oxygen in the air dissolves into the sewage, completing the oxygenation of the sewage.
