The PET bottle juice filling machine is a fully automatic high-precision filling machine that flushes, fills, and seals. It is a three in one filling machine, mainly suitable for the hot filling production of various heat-resistant PET bottles for juice and tea beverages. It can also be used for hot filling production lines of composite fruits and vegetables, coarse grain beverages.
This equipment integrates bottle flushing, filling, and sealing. The fully automatic system is controlled by a PLC programmable control system, operated by a touch screen, and runs at high speed. The tabletop adopts a double-layer tabletop, and the machine connection structure on the tabletop lowers the center of gravity, reduces the spacing between the capping heads, and increases the number of magnets inside. The torque is uniform and adjustable. In addition, the screw cap part is made as a whole, which is more sturdy and durable.
