Structural schematic diagram and principle
The electric motor drives the drum to rotate at a medium speed, and the feed valve opens to feed the material into the drum through the feed pipe. The material is evenly distributed to the drum wall through the fabric tray. When the feed reaches the predetermined volume, the feeding is stopped, and the drum rotates at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and the drum wall filter hole and is discharged. The solid phase is trapped in the drum, and after the drum is lowered to low speed, the scraper rotates back and forth to scrape the solid phase off the drum wall and discharge it from the lower part of the centrifuge.
Working principle
The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifuge force field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (screen). The liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the specified loading amount of the machine, the loading is stopped, the filter cake is washed, and the washing liquid is filtered out. After meeting the separation requirements, the centrifuge runs at low speed and operates the manual (automatic) scraper device to first cut the scraper radially. Scrape the material axially again, remove the filter cake from the drum, reset the scraper device, and complete one working cycle.

The feeding can be carried out at medium speed, which has strong adaptability to materials. The scraping speed during manual scraping can be freely adjusted according to the state of the filter cake, especially suitable for materials with hard filter cake texture.
The processes of feeding, initial filtration, washing, fine filtration, unloading, etc. can be flexibly adjusted according to the material status and separation requirements.
Variable frequency speed regulation can be configured for loose materials, ensuring smooth start-up and adjustable separation factor.
