Product features and applications
Adopting PLC control, program setting, unmanned automation operation, monitoring the entire process of feeding, initial filtration, washing, fine filtration, and unloading. Variable frequency speed regulation, smooth start-up, adjustable separation factor.
Energy consumption braking, non-contact braking method, no friction dust pollution.
Fully enclosed structure, with sealing components made of silicone rubber, fluororubber, and PTFE. The centrifuge chamber is protected by nitrogen gas and equipped with an oxygen detection system, which can meet the requirements of closed explosion-proof.
The structural design is reasonable, and the online cleaning system (spray system) ensures cleanliness requirements and complies with GMP standards.
The automatic action component adopts a pneumatic system, which is clean and hygienic.
Electromechanical material layer control.
Optional gas assisted scraper, with no residual filter cake in the drum after unloading.
No basic installation, simple structure, beautiful appearance, and easy cleaning.
The design of the vibration reduction and isolation system is scientifically reasonable, using balance blocks and imported high-precision liquid damping isolators. All equipment vibrations are absorbed by the isolation system, and there is no vibration interference to the foundation ground and surrounding environment.
The equipment basic balance board can also serve as an operating platform, making operation and maintenance more convenient.

Standard manufacturing form
Structure: The shell is equipped with a flip cover, feeding tube, washing tube, observation mirror, exhaust port, and lighting hole; The sealed structure, drum, shell, flip cover and other components are made of stainless steel material (SUS304). The machine base and other components are cast parts, with stainless steel lining on the surface. The inner and outer surfaces of the drum, shell, and exposed parts of the machine are all polished.
All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
