② Structure and characteristics:
1Flat plate structure and liquid damping vibration reduction technology: By using a flat plate structure, the center of gravity of the machine is lower and the operation is smoother. The flat plate serves as both a machine base and an operating platform, making it more convenient to operate; The application of liquid damping vibration reduction technology has improved the isolation and vibration reduction performance of centrifuges; Adopting a four point support structure with a large support distance and no foundation installation form, it is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the machine.

③ Working principle:
The power is turned on, and the material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (screen), and the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the specified loading amount of the machine, the feeding is stopped, the filter cake is washed, and the washing liquid is filtered out. After meeting the separation requirements, the centrifuge runs at low speed, and the scraper device works to scrape off the filter cake, completing one working cycle.
④ Scope of application:
Used for solid-liquid separation of suspension materials with solid particles. It can also be used for solid-liquid phase separation of fibrous materials. Especially for the separation of high viscosity, fine particle size, toxic, and flammable materials. For example, chemical raw materials such as gypsum, ammonium sulfate, saltpeter, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pigments, resins, pesticides, food, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar, chemical seasonings, antibiotics, vitamins and other drugs, as well as solid and liquid phase filtration and separation in the mineral and environmental protection industries.
