The PH592 online pH meter is an economical intelligent online pH transmitter developed by our company. The instrument features digital display and code operation, with strong environmental adaptability, clear display, easy operation, and excellent testing performance, making it highly cost-effective and capable of accurately measuring the pH and temperature of solutions. It can be widely used for continuous monitoring of pH values in solutions such as thermal power, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food, and tap water.



The pH scale of a PH/ORP analyzer is generally divided into two basic properties: acid and base. Acid must have free hydrogen ions. Alkali must have free hydroxide ions. PH is the parameter that directly reacts hydrogen ions with hydroxide ions. If the number of hydrogen ions far exceeds that of hydroxide ions, the solution is acidic. If the number of hydroxide ions far exceeds that of hydrogen ions, the solution is alkaline. If the number of hydrogen ions is equal to the number of hydroxide ions, the solution is neutral.





Maintenance of the transmitter: The main task is to clean the transmitter, inspect its appearance, and check for any damage to the cables. The transmitter is an electronic device, and an unsuitable usage environment may cause damage to the transmitter.
1. Using the instrument in an environment above 60 ℃ may cause damage to the instrument.
2. Incorrect power supply or power fluctuations can cause damage to the instrument.
3. Collisions or drops of instruments can cause damage to the instruments.
4. Moisture, corrosion, and air pollution can cause damage to instruments.
Cleaning of transmitter: Ensure that the transmitter cover is tightly closed and use a clean damp cloth to wipe the outside of the transmitter.
Transmitter inspection: Regularly check whether the instrument is working properly, regularly inspect whether the panel, terminals, switches, buttons, etc. are dirty, and clean and blow them clean if necessary.
