Overview
The PHF101A lubricating oil ash analyzer is a new generation intelligent instrument independently developed by our company. Can strictly follow the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T508, automatically complete the determination of slow ash, fast ash, bonding index, volatile matter, etc. It can also be applied to a series of heating, burning, or drying treatments such as fixed-point constant temperature and timed heating for the tested items in other industries. This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement and control accuracy, high efficiency (energy-saving), stable and reliable performance, easy operation, and high degree of automation. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as coal, coking, electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, and scientific research departments.
Main functions and features
In addition to the testing programs for industrial analysis such as slow ash, fast ash, volatilization, and bonding that traditional control instruments have, a powerful custom setting program (referred to as "self selection") has been added. The self selection setting program can set 50 independent programs, and each independent program can set different constant temperature points and constant temperature times. Powerful functionality, good compatibility, and can meet the needs of multiple industries.
During the volatile matter experiment, the effect of restoring 900 ± 10 ℃ within 3 minutes was excellent. The authenticity of the restored temperature and the accuracy of the experimental results data are the biggest features of the temperature control effect of this product.
This intelligent furnace adopts PID algorithm and fuzzy control technology, automatically corrects the measured temperature, automatically phase shifts to trigger the thyristor conduction angle, and controls the heating power.
