Equipment Description:
The PLW-1000 microcomputer controlled fatigue testing machine for steel strand anchorages consists of a main frame, actuators, wheel amplitude load sensors, displacement sensors, fixtures, etc. The upper crossbeam is driven up and down by hydraulic pressure to adjust the test space.
The host adopts a four column high rigidity structure design, with the actuator placed on the upper crossbeam and a fatigue specific load sensor installed on the actuator piston head. The upper crossbeam adopts hydraulic lifting and hydraulic clamping devices, and the entire frame adopts a seamless connection design.

Using an electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine for fatigue testing of anchor steel strands, the loading waveform is perfect. At the same time, replacing the fixture can be used for other fatigue tests, such as fastener fatigue tests, rail bending fatigue tests, component bending fatigue tests, etc. Due to the use of electro-hydraulic servo loading method, a faster loading frequency can be set, greatly reducing the test time.
