Mold: The mold is made of high-quality alloy steel and equipped with a highly active throttling device, which ensures uniform pressure of the material flow at various points of the mouth mold. The differential adjustment of the upper and lower mouth molds ensures uniform wall thickness.

Vacuum shaping table: The shaping system is equipped with a fast heat exchange refrigeration system, which is effectively interlocked with the vacuum system and distributed in sequence This distribution ensures the accuracy of shaping The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystems, each equipped with multiple three-point fixed cycle vacuum lines. Each fixed cycle is accompanied by a vacuum regulation system and a vacuum display system, which ensures uniform and stable vacuum on the surface of the board.

Tractor: There are first and second groups of tractors distributed. The first group has high power, large reduction ratio, multi roller traction, excellent low-speed operation performance, high traction force, and can synchronously and uniformly pull the sheet out of the vacuum forming table. The second group of tractors undergoes stress relief treatment. Equipped with a trimming device to ensure the quality of the edges of the board.

Stress Reliever: Advanced large-area conduction heating method effectively eliminates the stress on the board, further improving the flatness of the board.

Cutting machine: equipped with precise instant fixed length cutting and automatic lifting unloading, special alloy wear-resistant blade edge, ensuring the quality of the cut surface of the sheet metal.

Whole line electrical control: We can not only perform traditional panel based automation control on the entire line, but also achieve unified control of all parameters of the entire line (such as screw speed, temperature, pressure, output, etc.) through the use of microcomputers (PLC), thereby effectively optimizing the operating characteristics of the entire line.
