The PS flat sealed centrifuge eliminates the traditional suspended legs, flat counterweights, and high viscosity damping isolators for vibration absorption, and has no foundation installation. The rotary drum is driven by a triangular belt and rotates around the main shaft to form a centrifugal force field. When the machine is running normally, material enters from the top feeding pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the rotary drum. The liquid passes through the filter screen and leaks out through the drum filter hole, while the solid is intercepted on the inner wall of the rotary drum. When the separation requirements are met, the motor is turned off, the brake is stopped, and the machine cover is opened after stopping. The material is manually unloaded from the upper part of the dewatering machinery. The PS closed discharge centrifuge has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, and strong universality.
