HL3-2A mixed flow fan, the impeller adopts a conical twisted blade with meridian acceleration characteristics welded on the hub, and the inlet is connected to the air duct as a whole with a streamlined horn shaped muffler. It is equipped with guide vanes, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure. High temperature resistant conditions are only used for PYHL-14A fire high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow fan.

The PYHL-14A fire smoke exhaust mixed flow fan is an improved version of the SWF and HL3-2A fans. The motor uses a high temperature resistant motor, and the product undergoes a high temperature resistance test according to GA211-2009 "Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan High Temperature Resistance Test Method". It has passed the mandatory certification of CCCF by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security and can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 280 ℃ and continuously for 20 hours/time at a temperature of 100 ℃ without damage. It can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust.

CLASSIFICATION

Fans are divided into 24 specifications ranging from 2.5A to 14A according to their machine numbers, with air volumes ranging from 450 to 135000m³/h. The full pressure range is from 45 to 1900Pa.

According to the speed regulation method, it can be divided into single speed, dual speed, and variable frequency (variable frequency motor+variable frequency controller, stepless speed regulation, it is recommended to lock the frequency between 25Hz~50Hz).

Fans can be customized into explosion-proof types according to environmental requirements.

Fans can be widely used in ventilation and smoke exhaust places such as high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, sports halls, underground garages, etc. It is a preferred series for pipeline pressurization, air supply and exhaust, ventilation and air exchange in high-rise or general buildings. PYHL-14A can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust.

Processing technology

The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning. In order to maintain consistency with the installation size of the user, the company's products will not drill holes on the flange unless otherwise specified by the user.

Inlet manifold muffler (optional) mold hydraulic/flanging and spinning forming. The inner layer is made of galvanized sound-absorbing microporous plate, and the interlayer is made of high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing cotton.

The fan can be equipped with a dual speed motor to achieve two speed adjustments; Variable frequency motors and controllers can also be used to achieve variable frequency regulation.
