The PYHL-14A series high-temperature smoke exhaust low-noise energy-saving mixed flow fan is a new type of fan that is between axial and centrifugal fans. It has the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fans, high flow rate of axial fans, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. This series of ventilation fans is designed with a new type, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation, and can save 20% of electricity compared to old centrifugal fans. When the speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is less than 75dB (A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB (A). Can replace medium and low pressure centrifugal fans below 200Pa, widely used in industrial and civil building ventilation and dust removal. The PYHL-14A series fan is a derivative product of the HTF series. The inlet end of the fan is equipped with a collector muffler, and the product can operate normally for 1 hour at an ambient temperature of around 300 ℃. It can provide ventilation and smoke exhaust at high temperatures, and is suitable for fire protection facilities such as underground tunnels, underground shopping malls, and underground garages.
1、 Structural features
The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The impeller is welded onto the hub using twisted flat plates with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected to the current collector with noise reduction function as a whole. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure. The PYHL-14A fan is designed with secondary air intake, which is beneficial for reducing the ambient temperature of the motor.
2、 Purpose:
The PYHL-14A series high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow ventilation fan is widely used for ventilation and fire high-temperature smoke exhaust in underground tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, mines and other places. The HTF (PYHL-14A) series fan works at a temperature of 300 ℃. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not equal to 150mg/m3. Explosion proof mixed flow fans can be used in special environments.
